Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific parts of the body. These points, also known as acupuncture points or acupoints, are believed to be connected by pathways through which vital energy, called Qi (pronounced as chee), flows.
According to TCM theory, disruptions or imbalances in the flow of Qi, causing an imbalance between yin and yang, can lead to various health problems. Yin and Yang refer to two opposite but interconnected principles in Chinese philosophy.
TCM uses many approaches to balance the Yin and Yang and restore the correct flow of energy through the meridians. Acupuncture is one of these methods.

Herbal Medication
TCM utilizes herbs and herbal formulas to fortify organ function and promote overall well-being. These herbal formulas, some of which have been in use for over 2,200 years, are meticulously crafted with ingredients chosen to synergistically complement one another.
An understanding of the intrinsic qualities of various herbal components empowers TCM practitioners to facilitate a healing effect that transcends the mere chemical composition and physical attributes of the herbs. By discerning the essence of each herbal component, the practitioner selects the appropriate herbal formula to either stimulate or regulate the body's own energy vibration.
In contrast to Western medicine, where medications are often prescribed individually for specific effects, classical TCM herbal formulas assign each herb a distinct purpose or role in fostering bodily harmony.

Tui-na
Tuina or tui-na (pronounced twee-nah) massage originated in ancient China and is believed to be the oldest system of bodywork. It’s one of the four main branches of traditional Chinese medicine, along with acupuncture, qi gong, and Chinese herbal medicine.
Like acupuncture, tui-na massage stimulates the flow of Qi to promote balance and harmony within the body. Instead of using needles, practitioners use their fingers to apply pressure and stimulate these points. This treatment can be used in conjunction with acupuncture.
The main therapeutic goal of tui-na massage is to remove the energetic blocks that are causing Qi stagnation in the meridian channels.

Bo-jin
Bojin treatment is a form of TCM modality that involves the use of specialized tools to stimulate specific points and meridians on the face.
The primary objective of Bojin treatment is to promote the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body by targeting points around the facial area.
Bojin helps with pain relief, enhancement of overall health and well-being, improvement of skin complexion, reduction of wrinkles and fine lines, alleviation of insomnia and headaches, as well as detoxification and removal of skin impurities.
Bojin treatment can be combined with other TCM modalities, such as acupuncture and herbal medicine.
